Gobstones! Everyone’s favorite minigame in the Harry Potter 5 PC game. Or… not quite. And a certain student in Hogwarts Legacy has been made to understand that her passion for Gobstones is not shared by… by anyone, really.
So, here we are on our quest to find the six Gobstones in Hogwarts Legacy that fellow students have stolen from Zenobia Noke, and hidden in high places around the castle.
Since Hogwarts is a big place and they’ve been scattered all around the castle (and because that’s most likely why you ended up on this guide), here’s the location of all six Gobstones that were stolen from Zenobia in Hogwarts Legacy.
Spoiler status: This article contains no Hogwarts Legacy spoilers; it’s focused solely on the location of every gobstones from Gobs of Gobstones. You’re safe to go in!
Where To Find Zenobia’s Gobstones In Hogwarts Legacy
Gobstone 1 – Transfiguration Courtyard
The first Gobstone that was taken from Zenobia is in Hogwart’s Transfiguration courtyard. It is just outside of the Defense Against the Dark Arts tower where she gives you the quest. If you had already left the area without collecting her stone, the Floo flame for that area is in the Astronomy Wing.
Once you’re in the courtyard, the Gobstone is on the roof of the corridor separating the courtyard from the river. Use Revelio if you have difficulty seeing it, and grab it with Accio!
Note: For most of these pictures, the Gobstone was taken in Hogwarts Legacy before capturing the screenshot. Therefore, don’t squint your eyes looking for them there – head to the location and to the specific place on the pictures, and squint in front of your own game instead.
Gobstone 2 – Ravenclaw Tower
You can find the second Gobstone in the Ravenclaw tower, accessible by going up the Grand Staircase until the quest icon is on the same floor as you. Through Floo Powder, you’ll find the Ravenclaw tower in the Grand Staircase section.
Once you enter the corridor of the tower from the Grand Staircase, you’ll find the Gobstone on the second archway, on the left.

Gobstone 3 – Outside The Divination Classroom in Hogwarts Legacy
The third Gobstone is located just outside of the Divination classroom, down the ladder from the classroom itself. You can access it by going through the Central Hall, and climbing the stairs on the back left (opposite side to the library) as high as you can.
With Quick Travel, you’ll want to enter the Library Annex category, then Divination Classroom.
Upon reaching the ladder (or taking the Floo network), you’ll have a chandelier just above your head. The third Gobstone has been placed on it!
Gobstone 4 – Down From The Divination Tower, Above The Central Hall
For the fourth Gobstone, go down one floor from where you found the previous stone. Once there, take the small flight of wooden stairs up to the rafters above the Central Hall.
The fourth Gobstone you want in Hogwarts Legacy can be found on these rafters, between the Gryffindor and Slytherin banners.

Gobstone 5 – Trophy Room (Entrance)
The last two Gobstones come in pairs once more, grouped together even closer than the previous two. The fifth item to return has been left at the entrance of the Trophy Room, in the outside corridor.
To reach the Trophy Room for the first time, go up the Grand Staircase through all the flights of central stairs, and then through all the flights of side stairs. When you can’t go further up through the side stairs, exit the Grand Staircase and… climb further up in the room outside of it. And once you’re done with the legs workout, you’re entering the Trophy Room.
If you’ve already been there before, take the Trophy Room Floo Flames (surprisingly) in the Grand Staircase category.
Then, upon entering the Trophy Room, the Gobstone will be on the second arch on the outer walls of the corridor (or just in front of fast travel landing place).
Gobstone 6 – Trophy Room (Main Room)
From the previous Gobstone, enter the room on your right, then go to the left side of that room. There, you’ll find a shelf with trophies on it, as well as the final remaining Gobstone (arguably a trophy as well, considering they’re acquired by beating the opponent, so you could as well leave it there…).
Note: There are 4 Field guide pages to collect in and around this room using Revelio. Make sure you get around to doing that while you’re already there!
You’ll also want to return later after you’ve completed the gobs of gobstones quest in Hogwarts Legacy, once you’ve unlocked all three levels of Alohom*ora, to explore further.

Should You Return the Gobstones to Zenobia Noke in Hogwarts Legacy?
Once you’ve collected all six of her Gobstones, return to Zenobia Noke to complete her quest. And there, you’ll be presented with a choice – you can give her the Gobstones back or keep them for yourself.
In either case, you’ll get the quest rewards all the same. You’ll receive experience and a violet wand handle whether you do give her the stones or not. Therefore, if your only worry is completionism, you can pick anything.
The difference this choice makes is in future overworld conversations.
Giving her Gobstones back to Zenobia will make her thankful towards you and happy to see you when you pass by her in the castle as the game goes on.
On the other hand, if you keep them, she will be spiteful for the rest of the game while the people who decided to… “confiscate” them will be the ones giving you cheerful comments in the overworld.
Now that you know the consequences – the choice is yours!
