Above and beyond
I came to the store to quickly get items for building shelves in my new place. After struggling to find what I needed on my own, a manager named Shannon offered amazing guidance. She went from showing me where store resources were to embracing my home projects and helping above and beyond standard employee support. By the end of my visit, what would have been a simple purchase for 4 shelving brackets turned into an all-I-needed trip to get the goods needed to build my son's birthday dream! I can't thank Shannon enough for her incredible efforts, and as promised I will share the finished projects which will have me returning to Home Depot for future hardware needs!

I had bought a toilet seat to replace my old one. I changed my mind and returned it. We went to the customer service area. We tried to ask if we were in the right area. The cashier was very rude. Luckily we didn't get her when our turn was up. We had Amanda and she was very pleasant.

harassed and followed to my car
Long story short the self-checkout associate will follow you to your car if you need to get your wallet to pay for the items you left inside the store because Home Depot does not accept mobile payments.

Purchased a DeWalt Bread nailer.
Shekena she was in the aisle near the cashiers station greeted us with a smile and her personality and enthusiasm was contagious. She checked us out and then asked us if we wanted a Home Depot card to get a maximum discount off this product. She even called her manager to see if there was any other discounts associated with this purchase her manager was very helpful as well.
